Meet your coach

Nicci started selling at 12 years old. After a degree in Maths and Computer Science, she moved into selling IBM computers, and thirty years on she's now the $300 million+ deal coach, leading a global team that coaches bid teams on how to win their pitches, with a 78% win rate to show for it.

She works with major corporates on the strategy and execution that gets deals won. She's a sales psychologist who spends as much time on the "why" behind a win as the "how."

Alongside her coaching career, Nicci is a campaigner for equality, a supporter of Women in Business and a D&I champion, recognised in the Financial Times' FT OUTstanding Leading LGBT+ Executives (2017), FT HERoes Champions of Women in Business (2018) and the British LGBT Awards Top 10 Inspirational Leader (2021).
